Is it real wood or MDF?
The stools are wooden. Many have a padded top in faux leather, PU leather or fabric — each product page names the material for that piece. The exact species is listed under “Materials” on every product page.
Will it hold my weight?
Yes. Our storage stools are rated to 120 kg.
Can I use it outdoors?
Our pieces are finished for indoor use. Under a covered porch they will be fine; fully exposed to British weather they will not.
How do I care for solid wood?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and standing water. A thin coat of furniture oil every 6–12 months keeps the grain looking rich.
Wood is a natural material — will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Every piece has its own grain and tone, so it will be very close to the photo but never identical.

How long does delivery take?
UK: 2–3 working days. US: 5–10 working days. You will get a tracking link by email.

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT.
