Returns and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. That is your right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return something
- Email leitinghome2016@outlook.com with your order number.
- We will send you a returns address and a returns form.
- Send the item back, unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty or was not as described.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 14 days. You are entitled to a full refund including the standard delivery cost. We will tell you whether we need the item back.
Furniture and your right to cancel
Our pieces are standard designs rather than made to your own specification, so your right to cancel applies in full.
